Twogle is the couple app for two - a private chat for each partner, a shared chat for both, daily sparks, gentle prompts, and step-by-step support for the harder conversations. Built for the everyday work of staying close.

ChatGPT is a general assistant - brilliant at many things, but it isn't built for two. It can't see both partners, doesn't track your relationship over time, and is rewarded for keeping you talking to it. Twogle is purpose-built: each partner gets a private chat, you share one together, and the guidance is grounded in Gottman, EFT, and attachment research. Our success metric is your relationship, not your screen time.

Twogle is fully free on iOS and Android. There's no trial period, no subscription, and no paid tier inside the app - every core feature is free for both partners. We never ask for a credit card. (The Check-In service at twogle.com/checkin is a separate, optional paid offering led by a certified practitioner.)

Yes. Twogle uses end-to-end encryption to protect all sensitive data. Your private chat stays yours; your shared chat stays between the two of you. We never share your conversations or insights with third parties. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.

Therapy is for when things break. Twogle is for keeping them from breaking - daily check-ins, gentle prompts, and step-by-step support you can use any time. It's not a substitute for therapy when you need professional care, and we'll always tell you that.

Twogle's prompts and guidance are based on established relationship research (Gottman, EFT, attachment theory). We use AI to personalise what you see at any given moment - surfacing the right prompt for the moment you're in. We name our AI providers and explain what data they receive in our Privacy Policy.
